We are a 55+, Deed Restricted community located in Sebring, Florida, situated in beautiful Highlands County. Our area is known for its many golf courses, fishing lakes, and of course, the 12 Hours of Sebring Grand Prix race, held each spring. Highlands County is a popular destination for those desiring to escape to a warmer climate during the winter months. Sebring, and the surrounding area, is growing each year as many become permanent residents. Get Involved
We encourage all of our residents to get involved with Vantage Pointe and help make a difference in our community. Whether it's by volunteering for a committee, attending a meeting, or simply staying informed about association news, your participation is valuable and appreciated. You can also be involved in our many activities. We have Bingo, Monday morning coffee, dances, special occasion meals, and numerous games in the clubhouse. In addition, our heated pool is a wonderful place to meet with your neighbors and relax. Our Monthly Newsletter is posted on the bulletin boards near the mailboxes and on the bulletin board in the Clubhouse.
